I'd love to get ahold of an Apple IIe with 7 Applecats and an ethernet connection...!
Unfortunately, I don't think I can manage to pay the prices for 'em nowdays and shipping is horrendous!

well if you go on ebay, the vintage computing section, and do a search for apple, there's a few //e's up there for between $100 and $200 with monitor.  Also, last I had heard, Pete from Late Night was selling his //e and modems, not sure if he sold them yet though.

yea, i can't afford that at the moment. but perhaps over time in slow doses ;D
it feels more like a hobby now, heh!
